The Summit County Agricultural Society, its Directors, volunteers, agents and employees from any and all claims, including claims of the negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss you may suffer or which may result from your participation in any activity, travel to and from the activity (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Activity. Many events on the grounds are held by outside promoters, please view your information and policies before attending an event.
